I recently celebrated a friend’s birthday at Kinjiro – and it was one of the best meals I’ve had this year. The restaurant is small and modest, in the same plaza as other gems in Little Tokyo like Sushi Gen (get their weekday lunch special) and KaGaYa (AMAZING shabu shabu).
We ordered 6 dishes + dessert between 4 people, which turned out to be the perfect amount. Their plum wine was dry and gave me a nice buzz.
